Goji Tea

Gojiberries are a sure-short way to keep your immunity system in check. They have adaptogens, anti-inflammatory properties, and Vitamin C that add to your immunity. A simple and immunity boosting recipe to try is Goji Tea.  

 

GOJI TEA

Take one third cup Goji Berries and 2-3 cups of boiling water and put into a mug. Cover and steep in for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Remove Gojiberries (they can be saved for later or eaten as is) and enjoy. A squeeze of fresh lemon can be added for enhanced flavor.
