Summer means holiday it the time of fun and relaxation, holiday means play all day without any fear of exam or studies but at the time of play and having fun we forget that we have to keep our body high in immunity so here are some tips or advices to boost your immune system this summer.

1} Drinking plenty of water: It is essential to keeping your immune system functioning properly. Playing the whole day makes us lazy to drink water. Due to which in summer we are mostly dehydrated.
